If the item you purchased is not to your liking or the size is not correct, you can proceed with the FREE RETURN within 30 days of purchase! 

For make a return you can send an email to info@citrocalzature.it

• You will receive a link from GLS with a form that you will have to fill in with all your details and the time at which you will have to deliver the item to the courier.

• You will need to package your item similar to how you received it.

In case you want make a change cut it you can communicate it and the new product will be delivered to you at the time of collection.

If you have changed your mind and you don't want to make an exchange , you can request reimbursement of the expenses incurred. 

If you paid with cash on delivery, you can request if you prefer that the credit be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

THE RETURN IS FREE for a single operation.

If you make more than one exchange, you can send the product back to us, but with shipping at your expense. However, we will always refund the cost of the product. 

REFUND 

After making the return, once received we will verify that the product is in the same state in which it was sold, complete with box, labels and never used. At the end of the verification we will proceed with the refund.
