Refund policy

Refund 
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, the labels and any warranty stamps must not be removed.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. 
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, personal and home fragrances, cosmetics and body care products.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original credit card or payment method within a specified time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. 
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you have already done all this and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at e-commerce@vittoriocitro.it.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We replace items within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to e-commerce@vittoriocitro.it and send your article to: Vittorio Citro S.r.l., Via Sasso 1, 84086 Roccapiemonte SA, Italy. 
Otherwise, ask us to make a collection at your address.
